Triage
This workflow is the most basic and is centered around managing a nursing appointment and using the Legit.Health platform to report and review cases. It primarily involves interactions within the Legit.Health platform and an optional integration with the customer's own software.
The process starts with the patient contacting admissions to request an appointment. The admissions team creates a patient record in Legit.Health, schedules the nursing appointment (optionally in the customer's own software), and informs the patient of the appointment details.
The patient attends the nursing appointment, and the nurse accesses the Legit.Health platform. There, the nurse uploads photographs, asks the anamnesis questions and selects the affected area.
Then, the nurse reviews the result, and if necessary, the patient is informed that a dermatologist will review the case. Then, the dermatologist accesses Legit.Health, reviews the case, and decides whether an in-person consultation is needed. Based on this decision, the patient is either informed of the next steps or scheduled for further consultation.
