Add a new practitioner

Roles with permissions

Only users with the following roles can add a new practitioner:

  • Administrator
  • Chief of Service

Step-by-step guide to adding a new practitioner

To add a new practitioner, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Medical Team section of the application.
  2. Find the Add button located at the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Click on the Add button to open the practitioner registration form.
  4. Complete all required fields in the form, ensuring the information is accurate.
  5. After filling in the necessary details, click the Add Doctor button to save the new practitioner's information.

Sending login details to the practitioner

Once the practitioner's email address is entered, a login invitation will be sent automatically. This invitation will include a Confirm Legit.Health account button. When the practitioner clicks this button, a new window will open where they can create a password.

After the password is created, the practitioner can access the application using their email and password via this link: https://app.legit.health/login.

Important

Ensure the email provided is unique to maintain the confidentiality of communications within the application.

Note

As soon as the email and/or phone number are added to the practitioner's information, the practitioner will receive an email with instructions to access the application.
