Triage and follow-up

This workflow adds a follow-up component to the previous one, allowing for continuous monitoring of the patient's condition via the Legit.Health app. It is more comprehensive, catering to cases that require additional oversight and potentially repeated interactions with the healthcare provider.

Similar to the first workflow, the process begins with the patient's contact with admissions, creation of their record in Legit.Health, scheduling of the nursing appointment, and notification of appointment details.

The patient attends the nursing appointment, and the healthcare provider documents the case in Legit.Health. The case is reported, and the algorithm's results are reviewed.

The workflow introduces a decision point where the healthcare provider decides if an in-person consultation is necessary. If not, the patient receives a report and, if needed, follow-up tasks are set in the Legit.Health app, allowing the patient to upload photos for ongoing monitoring. If an in-person consultation is required, the patient is scheduled for this and informed accordingly.

If follow-up is needed, the workflow extends to include tasks for the patient to upload photos, enable remote monitoring, and inform the patient about using the Legit.Health app for ongoing updates and information.
