The artificial intelligence technology that the Government of Aragón has begun testing in its health service to improve the diagnosis of skin diseases is the one developed by Legit.Health. The company, specialized in artificial intelligence applied to dermatology, is responsible for the clinical decision support solution being piloted in four health centers and in the dermatology departments of two reference hospitals in Aragón, in a project driven by the Directorate-General for Digital Health and Infrastructure of the Department of Health and developed together with Telefónica Tech.

Oviedo (Asturias), January 2026 – The Health Service of the Principality of Asturias has incorporated a clinical artificial intelligence tool into its network of health centers to improve early detection of skin diseases and expedite the referral of the most serious cases. The objective is to reduce healthcare pressure in dermatology and optimize the use of healthcare resources from Primary Care.
